Had my first LD this night (long and not very interresting)
Heey. I'm new to this forum.
Found this site a couple of days ago,
it was the first time I heard about lucid dreaming
And this night I had my first LD :D
(sorry if my english isn't the best)
I'm gonna skip the first part of the dream.
I was in a dream I have had a couple of times before in the recent days,
Im on a the roof on a train and there's music on
All the times I have dreamt this dream I have got the feeling that i'm in a music video.
But this time it was more detailed,
and somhow i knew it was a video for a U2 song
(probably because I had a conversation about U2 yesterday)
Anyway, the dream goes on as usual and an asian girl start to play the violin.
I see her but she isn't there it's like sitting on a train looking out the window
and you see both the view and the reflection.
This time I see a text under the girl wich hasn't been there before, it says:
"She is now tuning the violin for the 24-minit journey"
The dream goes on and I'm trying not to fall of the roof,
all of a sudden the train starts to go backwards
just like someone had pressed the Rewind button.
And it starts to rain, and i remember thinking "Wonder if this is real rain?"
And then I realize it:
"I'm in a dream and the music i'm hearing is the cd i put on before I went to sleep"
(I never listen tom music when I'm about to sleep, and didn't this time either)
So I realized i was in a dream
but I felt it was too hard to do a RC at the same time i was trying to not fall of the roof.
So instead i tried to see my room, wich i succeded with so then i became lucid.
The first thing i did was to stand up on the train.
But then everything started to get blurry and I could almost see my room,
I wanted to try the spinning technique, but it was to hard to do while standing on the train.
Even though i couldn't see the train, it still felt like I was traveling with the same velocity.
I jumped of the train and eveything was now in slow motion,
As I was falling the dream changed
and now everything was a mixture between my room an a complete darkness
Now i tried the spinning technique but it only became worse
and i had a false wakening in my room, as i tried to recall the dream i woke up
in the exact same position.
Oh, it became longer than i expected, but it was a nice expeirience, even though it all ended very quickly.
