So, tonight I had a LD. I was behind my PC and got lucid. I immediately started stabilizing (months of mantra's are taking their effect on dream-me), then suddenly I was standing on the stairs. I was kinda confused, but I felt that the dream still wasnt stable, so I started stabilizing again. Then I was standing in the middle of the bathroom. I again started to stabilize. I can't remember what happened after that.
So is this weird, or do things like that just happen from time to time?
I think you stabilize using spinning technique i stabilize using my senses (like hearing smelling touching) and will the dream to stabilize that make LD very sharp and vivid
Before jumping to conclusions, how do you stabilize?
I for myself can say it happened to me two times I think, upon becoming really lucid, not just knowing that I dream but also being alert and activated, I usually switch locations.
Srry, I should've added the way I stabilize. I calm down completely and then start to take in all the senses. This teleportation happened during the process of calming down.
