I dreamed I was lucid dreaming...
So this morning I dreamed that I went to sleep and started dreaming. Then I realized I was dreaming and was running around in my dream world for several minutes yelling "I'm dreaming! I'm dreaming! This is awesome!"
I saw incredible visual effects and vibrant colors everywhere. And I was "lucid" much longer than usual. But then I lost lucidity and "woke up" inside my dream and continued to dream.
A little while later I woke up for real, and that's when I got really confused. I mean, was this technically a lucid dream? After all, I was running around telling myself I was dreaming. But I didn't realize I was actually "dreaming within a dream" until I woke up.
