Wild?
The other day I was at my sisters cheer competition and I layed down to take a nap. But before I was completely asleep my leg felt like it was slowly sliding down and I just focused on that and it even felt like my pants were being moved but I knew I wasn't because I would be hitting my mom if my leg was sliding down and my leg was sliding for atleast 5 minutes. Then after that I fell asleep and woke up when it was over.
So what was this and what does it mean?
-
It may not be a WILD, but a mere physical hallucination.
For instance ...
Some people feel itchy when they see tarantulas and or wasps.
It's just a subconscious trigger
-
does it mean i was getting close to sleep paralysis?
-
There is a probability it was.
Usually in sleep paralysis you feel intense vibrations that end up in a state of paralyzation.
In this state you will then see various hypnagogic imagery and hallucinations.
This " feeling " you say could mean you may have been getting close to sleep paralysis.
