Amazing LD experience, meditation in a LD.

A friend of mine, after hearing about my hobby of lucid dreaming, recommended that I try to meditate in a LD. Through the course of the night that I first tried it I had 3 (seemingly unconnected) meditation sessions. First, I simply began meditating immediately when I became lucid. This was on top of a 3 story building...nothing too fancy. The next time though was beyond words. I flew up into the sky, well above a large city. I could see the ocean and many many tall buildings while there (I don't believe it was an existing city). I meditated there for what seemed like 4 hours and it was INCREDIBLE. I won't say anymore than the fact that it was a valuable experience, one that can't (or maybe shouldn't) be put into words, but I definitely think more people should experience this if they have not. Even if you are not a fan of meditation, I say give it try and see what it's like.

I've meditated in lucid dreams before...it's usually a little different each time, but a few times I somehow launched myself into an entirely different state of consciousness. My consciousness seemed to expand across the universe and I felt this profound bliss. I've never felt anything close to that in my waking experiences. ;)

I've only done it once. I remember being in a cloud with multicolored wisps. I wasn't aware of my body though, just the cloud.

I have also done this before. It was one of the most amazing sensations I've ever felt. :)
