First lucid experience! (Very intense)
Hi everyone! Here's a very short introduction.
I'm new to this forum (also new to lucid dreaming), you can find my introduction in the beginners page because sadly, I can't link yet. :(

I have been trying to experience a lucid dream for 3 weeks now.. and tonight was the miraculous night it happened :D. Enjoy.
My first lucid experience.
How I did it: I used a binaural beats app called 'Attractor' for the iPhone for 30 minutes at the frequency 16.5-4.5 kHz, listening at low volume with a loose headset. I didn't fall asleep, so I removed the headphones from my head, turned myself in bed to lie on my side. Next I did a reality check and whispered to myself that I will have a lucid dream. I certainly was tossing and turning for a while before I fell asleep. I kept seeing a black screen in front of my eyes with a sheepish white dog that ran away, but he wouldn't get further away from me (just like in monty python). Once arrived in dreamland I subconsciously did a reality check: I tried to push my right hand through my right hand and to my surprise it actually went through.
Immediately I realize that this is a dream and I get a huge adrenaline rush, I somehow feel that I DO lie in bed with my face down and I get this extremely arousing feeling. I feel like my body is being dragged through my bed to a colorful short tunnel to another dimension. I know that this other dimension is a lucid dream and I get very excited. Everything is so wonderful: everything is a lot sharper, clearer and more realistic than all the memories I have in the morning to normal dreams. I do feel a weird kind of double consciousness: I knew I was in a dream and I could control it the way I wanted it to, but I simultaneously felt that my body was still in bed and I was pretty sure I could just wake up if I wanted to. I also had the feeling that I could hear all the sounds in real life that occurred during my dream.
Okay, so let's start explaining the dreams. I believe there is a series of 5 short lucid dreams in a row. Unfortunately, I no longer remember every detail. What amazed me the most of all was the kick I got out of it and the 'realness' of these dreams I experienced. It wasn't blurry at all, everything was crystal clear.
First Lucid Dream
The first dream started in my own bed in my room. (Mind you, I knew it was a dream because I had just entered there through the colourful tube). It started with me tossing and turning in my bed, then I walked around in my room for a while. it felt so real, and everything seemed so very real that I questioned myself if I was really dreaming? The moment I had this thought I felt the world got less real and I felt I lost control of my dream. I literally got the feeling I was being 'sucked' back out of my dream to my bed and I even started hearing some background noises of real-life.
However, I had read on the Internet that you should rub your hands together or spin yourself around and this would prevent you from exiting your lucid dream. Naturally, I tried to do this. The first lucid dream of me in my room was ended and for a few seconds I was well aware that I was lying in bed, but by rubbing my hands everything around me became a big blur, and after a few seconds I got a warm feeling, felt my body starting to glow from the inside. Another adrenaline rush occurred and again I feel my body dragged downwards through my bed into the colorfoul tunnel (purple / yellow / pink / red / green) and at the end of the tunnel, I suddenly appear in the next lucid dream.
For anyone who wants to know what the tunnel looked like, I googled 'colourful tunnel' and it looks almost exactly like this tunnel, except there weren't any balls in it.

Second Lucid Dream
I instantly realize that the rubbing my hands can get me back to a lucid state and this makes me very happy. In this second lucid dream, I walk down the street in an American-ish city: on the right side of the road a wide sidewalk with trees planted along the roadside of the sidewalk and a lot of dark high skyscrapers to my left. I have a rather thin branch in my left arm that's about 3 footlong. I hit the ground so hard with the stick that I got lifted in the air approx 3 foot high by force. I hit the ground a second time, even harder now, and this time I get lifted about 6 foot into the air. Unfortunately the stick broke in half. The third and last time I slammed this stick to the ground so hard that I flew/bounced in the air for about 15 foot: I reached the height of the sidewalk trees. While I was mid-air and fell down to the ground I realized that I probably could fly if I would try to. While I'm falling down I stretched out my arms fist forward, Superman-style, and I'll be damned. I bursted near the ground at very high velocity. This got me very excited but the flight experience was short-lived: after 10 seconds of supermanning everything became blurry and I was dragged out my dream again. Fuck. I can not remember if I've rubbed my hands or did something like that. All I know is I'm back in bed again and I did my very best to think of nothing and not to move. Nearly ten seconds passed and I saw the tunnel again.
Third Lucid Dream
My body got very warm from the inside again, and yet again my body got dragged through my bed into the colourful tunnel. This time at the end of the tunnel I find myself on the roof of one of the skyscrapers and there are two people on the roof: a woman and a bald man, but I do not know them. I decide to put my powers I have in dreams to the test and I slowly move my left palm up as my arm pointed to the bald guy. Exactly as expected, the guy gets lifted in the air by my powers. He stops moving upward when I hold my hand steady and he keeps floating in the air. Then I try to blow him away using my powers by punching my hand forward like the monks do. And what do you know, It fricking works! He flies about 150 feet through the air. But I want him to continue flying. I use my willpower to shoot him off into the sky and let him disappear with the blink of a star, like Team Rocket does in Pokémon:shadewink:. Again I am pulled out of my dream but this time I react more quickly: I start spinning myself in circles and everything becomes blurry again. I do get dragged back to bed but only for a second!
Fourth Lucid Dream
This time, after teleporting through the purple tunnel I found myself in a white and turquoise-tiled room. It reminded me a bit of a hospital but it did look more like a bathroom. I'm naked. I looked down and wonder if I can change or alter my own body. The first test was very easy. I just looked at my toes and wanted there to be eleven. Poof! Eleven toes. Like I said, I'm naked, so next thing I tried to change was my penis. First I made it very long and thin like a pencil, and then as thick as two fists together. I had the greatest fun, my cock was bigger than my upper body. After that I came to a new idea: I changed my penis back to normal size and had a Victoria's Secret-esque girl appear before me. We started kissing and I was really surprised how warm and the other person felt. I thought dreams were much more vague and not so vivid. It was as if this was really happening and as if I was really feeling everything, including emotions. Next I moved to her boobs (ofcourse ) these felt friggin' real! What I found really weird was talking and moving in the lucid dream. It felt so incredibly real that I thought I was really moving and talking in bed at the same time. Except kissing and talking, not much happened, but the thought that what I said or did in the dream might be said in real life while I'm sleeping, got me dragged out of my dream almost instantly. Again I kept spinning in circles to prevent exiting my lucid state, but this time I was more aware that I was in bed. I could now really background noise heard in real life, but even this time I was sucked back into the colorful tunnel again:banana:!
Fifth and last Lucid Dream
This time I appeared in some random room. My mind shaped a big two person bed and I had the same girl of the previous dream reappear. I won't get into the details that much, but this dream was very short-lived. We were lying in bed together and when I started to finger her I was surprised how real it all felt. This pleasure was sadly short-lived because I literally started hearing sounds of the real world within this dream. Next thing, everything got a little blurry, I got less control and everything in general just started to get more vague. The feelings I felt a minute earlier dwindled rapidly.. even spinning myself around wouldn't help anymore.
Next thing I know, I can feel that I am back in bed again and I tried to enter lucid state, to be taken through the tunnel but I couldn't manage it anymore. Important was that I wasn't awake: I felt I was still asleep. It was as if my soul and body functioned separately. I did feel my body, but it was asleep. Whenever I tried to move my arm, I couldn't. My brain however functioned like it would when one is conscious. Since I was no longer able to enter a lucid state I decided to try a little test.
Just like the other times I was dragged back from lucid dreaming to my bed, I felt that I could just wake up if I wanted to. This time I tried it. And yes, my eyes opened. The first thing I noticed was that the front of my body (arms, chest and abdomen) were wet with sweat, my arms were crossed with each palm on opposite collar bone, and I had a half boner. I then looked at the clock and it said 3:10 am. It seemed to be authentic as in my experience all five lucid dreams lasted 2-10 minutes each.
I did not feel like writing down these lucid dreams; I was tired. So I went to sleep and did it when I woke up in the morning.
Discussion&Retrospect
This is one of the best experiences I've had the past year and I am very happy that I managed to have a lucid dream in only three weeks. Dedication is very important I guess. Lucid dreaming has exceeded my expectations by far. But there are some questions to me, I hope some of you could help me with this?:
-Why was I so sweaty? I know that the dream was intense but I thought that feelings within the dream and did not affect the real physical state my body is in.
-Why did I have a half boner when I woke up? If making love in a lucid dream really can affect the physical state then what is possible?
-If I was in a lucid dream and decided to go to the gym and train my abs, would my body really flex my abdominal muscles?
-If your body reacts to lucid dreams, doesn't this make you more tired when you wake up? Your physical state changed.
-Was I really aware I was sleeping when I got 'pulled' back to bed out of a lucid dream or was it false? Maybe this was a dream within a dream. This concept seems highly unlikely to me though, because I fell asleep lying on my side and I already knew I was lying on my belly while I dreamt. Also I heard different kinds of ambient sounds from my surroundings while sleeping which I heard aswell when I waked up at 3.10 am.
-Did part of the sounds and movements that I made in my dream occur in real life? I question myself this because I was sweating when I woke up, and I also had a feeling that during my lucid dream I really talked in real life aswell (It felt like a double consciousness)
Thanks a lot for reading this wall of text, I hope you enjoyed it. Please excuse me for my horrible grammar... my native language is not English as you might have noticed :D
