I recently had a lucid dream that reminded me of Shiva and Kali (Hindu God and Goddess).

I was within a vivid dream, and my father was sleeping in a bed. I started singing, then got the feeling my father had a gun. The creepy feeling in the dream caused me to go lucid (DILD). As I became lucid the vivid dream became even more detailed, as always. I told myself I was lucid and dreaming.

My father sat up in the bed with a handgun. He stood up, and I said, "Give me the gun, Dad. This is my world. It's only a dream." He gave me the gun, and then instantly pulled out another gun, shooting me in the face. I felt my teeth shatter from the bullet. I said to him, "You can't hurt me, this is my world." I rubbed by teeth, which were all there and perfect, showing them to him.

From there I followed him into a kitchen. He sat down, and I touched the back of his neck. The feel of his skin was amazingly realistic. I said to him, "We're all the same being in this world. Tat Tvam Asi. We are that." Then I looked into a mirror, on the wall of the kitchen, and there was no reflection.

A beautiful woman walked into the kitchen, her eyes turned red, and she sank her fingernails into my hand, then her head swelled and turned black skinned. I knew I couldn't stay in this dream world any longer and woke up.

It reminded me of how in Hinduism that Shiva becomes the world, and at the end of times Kali, Shiva's black skinned wife, destroys the world. The Kali yuga is the last of the four time yugas.
