Interesting lucid dream snippets taken from my book

Hi everyone, my name is Philip Adams and I perform experiments within the dream world ("phase" as I like to called it).

I have been writing a book since day 1 of attempting to induce lucid dreams. This book includes all my experiences and the techniques I have used to have lucid dreams. The 100% free book is named "Entering The Phase - A 17 Year Olds Journey". Think of it like a well written person diary.

I have induced lucid dreams through dream consciousness, deilding and performing reality checks on false awakenings. I have done amazing things in the "phase" (dream world) such as moving the sun, flying and exploring ultra realistic worlds. Usually the dream world is hard to stay in yet I have been trapped within it for long periods of time and been unable to awaken.

I experiment with the phase (dream world) and plan what I wish to do when I next lucid dream. I originally believed the phase/dreamworld was a pure creation of the mind but I now have proof it's something more. Currently I am performing experiments which prove that telepathic communications exist. I also perform a popular "awake all night" experiment which always gives some interesting awareness shifts.

Realism Of The Dream World:

Day 57 - Exploring a familiar street:

As I started running towards the park I watched hundreds of people walk around the detailed photo realistic environment. I couldn't believe my brain was able to generate all these random people I had never met before and even animate them to look like they were carrying out their normal lives. The beach and streets perfectly replicated their real-life counterparts. Once I got near the park however I did notice a building was out of place however this didn't bother me as everything else was a perfect simulation of real-life.

Day 62 - Driving a car on the beach:

By now I was driving along the sand towards the headland that my apartment was built on. As I approached the headland I looked around in awe at the photo realistic environment. The road was packed with cars so I was glad that I had driven along the beach. There were about a hundred people at the beach but they hadn't noticed me as they were near the shore. Although everything looked 100% realistic it didn't look exactly like Manly. Instead it seemed that I had arrived at another urban beach.

Day 62 - Blackness to extreme detail:

I put my hands in front of my eyes and continuously turned them over from side to side. Slowly out of the blackness I saw faint colourless versions of my hands appear. Gradually the rest of the car and the beach through the windows appeared as well. I then practiced shifting my focus by looking at distant objects and then back at my hands a few times. Eventually everything was filled with colour and became photo realistic. My vision was so crisp that I could see the individual lines in my skin while looking at my hands.

Day 79 - A fading phase state:

I watched attentively as I saw the stars in the sky disappear one by one in sync with the lights going out in the tall city buildings below. Gradually the pace increased and buildings started to disappear. Watching my phase world disappear seemed like an awful waste so at the last second I decided to deepen the state.

Interesting Experience Snippets:

Below are snippets of some interesting experiences I encounter throughout my book. These are not the full experiences and the book should be downloaded to read the full experiences as well as the events surrounding the experiences:

Day 2 - Sleep Paralysis:

After the dream faded away I was in blackness resulting with me opening my eyes to see what was going on. I was in my room lying in bed definitely in my physical body however the room was dark so it wasn't morning yet. I felt extremely scared and threatened like there was a dangerous presence in my room. Straight above me was a deadly man-like figure horizontally floating a meter above my bed. I didn’t see the head as my eyes were focused at the arm and stomach region. The man had a long stretched out look from head to toe approximately 1.5 times longer than normal which gave me a horrendous shock. He seemed to be completely still just floating there. The sounds I heard did not help either. I heard a constant sound almost like moaning yet very high pitch with background sounds of screaming.

Day 14 - False Awakening:

After a while I noticed light seeping in through my bedroom door. I then tried to remember when the light was turned on however didn't recall hearing any sounds. I turned to my other side and saw that it was pitch black outside. I suddenly felt myself jolt in bed and started moving and looking around in confusion. I glanced at my bedroom door and noticed the light was off even though I had no memory of it previously being turning off or on. I then heard the sound of my dad and baby sister in her room. I turned my head to my other side and noticed it was light outside. I quickly looked at the time and saw 6:30AM.

Day 19 - Dream Consciousness:

I looked around while having the shower and noticed that the bathroom looked half renovated. Renovations however did not occur until 2010. I then said out loud “This is not real, I am dreaming”. Once I said this I suddenly remembered an older dream I had few months ago. In my older dream I was standing in my bedroom and saw a massive wave about to hit my apartment. The wave was about 50 meters tall which made me say “this is not real, I am dreaming”. In the older dream however I instantly fell back into the dream and lost consciousness.

Day 35 - Fully Conscious Phase/False Awakening:

Unexpectedly I felt myself jolt into my body again and realised I had just dreamt that my mum came into my room. It was completely dark once again in my room which confused me as the last time I checked light was starting to come in. I began sitting up in my bed to look out my window and investigate. Millions of voices from a variety of people talking blasted into my ears all once. It lasted about two seconds before it faded out in a creepy, ghostly echo type way. This terrifying event triggered me to become lucid and realise I was experiencing a false awakening. I excitedly performed a reality check which confirmed I had finally consciously made it to the phase.

Day 57 - Endless False Awakenings/ Longest Phase Experience:

Amazed that I had somehow managed to catch four false awakenings in a row I decided not to waste my great opportunity to have some fun. Since it was now daytime in the phase I was relaxed enough to think about something that I could do. I briefly thought back to my original goals that I had written at the beginning of my book. After careful consideration I decided to find a place in the phase I had never physically been to before and see if it existed in real life.

Day 62 - WIPE (Wake Induced Phase Experience):

As I focused on trying to see the dashboard it began to appear in front of my eyes. While the dashboard slowly became more realistic I tried to imagine buildings and scenery outside the front window. Slowly the blank windows began to become filled with buildings and trees. I hadn’t originally intended this but the car was moving at approximately 60 km/h.

Day 73 - Awareness Shift:

After lying down for a while the general body numbness and heaviness started to set in. Eventually I experienced a possible shift in awareness. I heard a weird popping noise and suddenly my nose was no longer blocked allowing me to breathe perfectly. My body also felt somewhat different but I am unable to remember the exact sensation. Instantly I thought that I had entered the phase yet I didn’t want to get up in case I broke my trance.

Day 77 - First Fearful Encounter:

My heart stopped as I watched the shadow of a mysterious creature swiftly move around behind my bedroom door. In both real life and in the phase my sliding bedroom door is made from foggy glass which allows light but not imagery to pass through. Instinctively I believed that I was seeing the silhouette of “the wildcat” (a personal childhood nightmare creature that haunted me for 10 years). After further analysing its appearance I believe it looked more like an enormous ghostly floating serpent.

Day 79 - First Successful Translocation:

I casually observed a building across the road about 500 meters away and noticed it had orangey coloured bricks. Before closing my eyes I stared directly at the bricks with intention to be in closer to them. With the goal firmly in my mind I closed my eyes and saw blackness. Upon opening them I found myself literally a few centimetres away from the brick wall and heard cars driving past on the road next to me.

Day 85 - Semi-Personal Telepathic Proof

A few days ago my friend Phanes (a person with spiritual rather than scientific beliefs of the phase) told me that my friend Daniel (previously referred to in this book by his alias “Master G”) would see a human-like entity if he looked deep inside him. Phanes showed me a photo of this entity, told me the name and described what powers this entity had. Phanes told Daniel to look within himself and try to see this entity which wished to communicate with him. Phanes did not tell Daniel the name, appearance or “special ability” of this entity but instead told Daniel to look at and describe the entity.

Day 91 - Personal Telepathic Phase Experiment:

A few days ago I told my mum to attempt entering the phase, find me within the phase and ask me a question. The idea of this exercise was to see if the phase version of me gave her the correct answer. In other words does the phase provide telepathic links to other people’s subconscious minds? The question I told my mum to ask me within the phase was “What year did you meet Tony?” Tony is friend of mine who is an experienced “astral projector” (Phase practitioner who has spiritual beliefs). My mum believes the year I met him was 2011(the correct answer is 2009) however I told her that it doesn't matter what she personally thinks the answer is. If there really is a telepathic connection the answer will be revealed upon questioning my subconscious within her phase experience.

Day 98 - Pre-OOBE Rushing Sounds:

Without warning I suddenly heard a loud windy sucking sound blast into my ears which instantly caused me to freak out and sit up terrified in bed. My sudden movement felt disconnected causing a nauseous feeling in my head and a tingling feeling in my numb body. My surroundings appeared ghostly and were swirling around out of focus. Around my room I saw shadows swiftly moving around which triggered a sudden desire to perform a reality check.
