Almost There?

I woke up at 4:17 AM and I stayed up about an half an hour and then went to bed. So I was laying there for maybe 15 minutes. I started feeling like my hands and then all body was passing. It was probably sleep paralysis. I tried to lay still and then I saw like circling colors and had a really strange feeling. I was trying to stand still but I just was a bit scared, I have to admit, and had to stop it, don't now know even why.

I will try again this night. So if it comes again to SP and HH, what to do? Then I just have to wait?

Hey! First of all that's a GREAT start. Most people that are new to WILDing usually start to give up 5 mins in! One key to WILDing (basically the only thing that makes it the hardest but most rewarding method) is to be able to stay still and be patient throughout the process towards the transition. My only advice to you is to never even pay attention to the weird or strange feelings you're getting...
To be a good WILD-er, you've gotta be able to ignore these strange sensations. Keep practising and DO NOT be scared, this happens to you every night and I mean EVERY night. The only difference now is you're concious through the process!
