Nightmarish False Awakenings?

Has anyone had a False Awakening, but instead of it being life like, it was nightmarish?

Like when I was 8 or so, I had my pillows in a kind of house around my head ( I had 2 that were like pillers, and one lying across those....I 'woke up' and I 'saw' grand daddy long legs ALL over the pillows. I woke up screaming, and nearly craped myself.

Then, last year, I recieved an email about a poisonious spider, that came from india on airplanes. They liked dark, damp places, and often made their homes under toilet seats....so again, I 'woke up', and saw a CRAP LOAD of those spiders, ALL OVER ME! And I thought it was real, because Cowboy Bebop(spelling?) was on in my dream, and when I really woke up, it was directly after the part in my dream!

So needless to say, has this happened to anyone else?

yes it happend 2 me last night i was awake one moment and the next i heard a thump and then another one like 2 yards away from my bed and then i saw a shadow with my flash light walking toward me and i woke up thank god :eek:
