A mix of dream and reality

So i was sleeping and i had a nightmare and i realized i was dreaming so i tried waking myself up. When i opened my eyes i was aware of everything around me i even knew the time. But when i tried to move it was very hard and when i did just lift myself up a little i couldn't feel anything like i was paralyzed. So i was barely lifted up and i was looking around and tried talking but couldnt and then all the sudden i manifested lets say the "bad guy" from my nightmare into my room. Then i just layed there until i was more self conscience.

Overall i thought this was pretty weird, i gotta couple of other ones but ill save those ones for later

So do you become lucid often? It sounds like you had either sleep paralysis or a false awakening. I think it was sleep paralysis but then if it was I couldn't explain you making your dream "bad guy" appear. Were you frightened by the experience?
