B6 is tight....
So yeah, I bought som B6 the other day, and I thoguth I'd take it last night. One capsule was 100 mg, so I only took one.
I was in my dream, and everything was a lot more real like, it was cool. Then I felt this vibration, then I heard this ringing noise, and then I knew I was dreaming. Then I woke up, or did I. I went back into my bathroom, and then looked in the mirror, only saw myself for a seconed before I heard the rining agian, and realized I was dreaming. I keep having these false awakinings for about 8 or 9 dreams, until I was able to realize I was dreaming before I heard the ringing. In my dream, I thought the ringing was a machine I put around ears, and would make a ringing noise whenever I was in my REM sleep. I figured this out after like 10 FA, and decided to explain this to my dad. But that was also a FA....
So yeah, I had tons of fun with these dreams....Maybe tonight will be even better...
Also, I'm considering buying one of those machines that do that to you, cause after this im SURE that they would work....

Yeah, B6 can do some pretty awesome stuff. But be REALLY careful with it, okay? Melatonin's almost impossible to OD on, (100x the normal dose won't give you any side effects) but B6 will mess up your nervous system BAD if you take too much, or take it too often.
So, my recommendation is use it, but only about once a week. Take ONLY 100-250 mg at a time, more can mess you up really fast. If you ever feel a burning sensation in your extremities, or any unatural twitching, cut back big time. Your health isn't something to gamble with, so just go a few weeks, maybe a month, so you can have time to repair your nervous system, and afterwards cut down the dose significantly so it doesn't happen again.
Anyways, I still haven't heard a verdict on the rumors about Magnesium. Back when, somebody posted that taking Magnesium supplements with B6 will bolster the effect, but I've never been able to try, and I don't know anyone that has...
