I've downloaded a few 'FREE LUCID DREAM HYPNOSIS MP3'S' over the years but realised that one of them had a virus
There is a lucid dreaming group on Yahoo that has files that can be downloaded but make sure you have a virus check first before you start to download them.

This is an excellent site worth checking out.
MP3's cannot hold viruses, since they do not contain any executable code. You must have downloaded the virus from somewhere else, or downloaded a file that wasn't an MP3.
Unless it was named <mp3name>.mp3.exe or something of that kind. Tricks alot of people actually; especially with file extensions off... Oh well :?
With Fonix ISpeak 3.0, which retails from $15 to $25 you could quickly type out your own auto-hypnosis script, and the software would read it, and then record it onto either WAV or MP3 format.Quote:

I've done several threads giving some guidelines on Hpnosis and Autosuggestion techniques. They are still close to the front pages of the "Attaining Lucidity" Section and the "General Topics" session.
You might think it would be a nice shortcut to get a pre-packaged Hypnosis File. But, when you think about it, the idea is Suggestion. If you do the work yourself, that is simply more that goes into the Suggestion. It is coming from you, and so there will be far less internal rebellion and resistance.
Oh, if you do get Fonix ISpeak 3.0 ... it can be a little glitchy. For instance, don't accidentally leave the TEXT DOC open while you bring up the ISpeak software -- the sharing violation will kill it dead instantly. So save and close your TEXT DOC before opening the ISpeak. Also, when using the Clipboard Read function, then load some Text File into its Text File section (but NOT the document you are working on at the moment... remember the Sharing Violation glitch), because in the Clipboard Function it will toggle back and forth from Clipboard to the Text File Mode, and if nothing is loaded in the Text File compartment, then the ISpeak, again, will crash. But once you get used to steering around the glitches, it works just fine.
Yeah, but in that case, it isn't an MP3. Then of course the blame rests with the user for being careless and Microsoft for making a shoddy Operating System that hides things that it shouldn't. :)Quote:
