Nightmare soon turned into a fantastic lucid experience

There I was, in this hotel of some sort with my family. I look out the window and see the power station close to us explode and then out of nowhere, everything else starts to explode. It was dark, raining, stormy, loud. I ran to my family and we group hugged and I told them I loved them. While saying this - I could feel everything shaking up and down as if I were in an earthquake. It went blank. I woke up, done a reality check and by my amazement, I was lucid! But this was different, it was so vivid. I could litarally see every detail. I looked at a board with loads of writing on and it didn't change or move. I couldn't tell the difference between waking and dream life.

I thought I should try and complete some of my goals so I tried to summon a door so I could teleport my way to the moon. Every time I tried to create one, loads of random planks appeared infront of me. Like my dream was forcing me to DYI myself a door :( After that I gave up and I rememeberd someone saying I should use equipment to help me achieve flight so *bam* I made a jetpack appear.. Shit was fast :shock:

Overall and incredible yet terrorfying expereince. Sucks to be awake though -____-

Wow! Sounds great! Just curious, how did you reality check if you couldn't tell the difference between waking and dream life?

Also, I tried to go to the moon once, too. I was flying, and it was taking too long, so I gave up and did something else.
