Thread: What happend to me?

so last night i had 2 lucids in a row, which has happend twice now and im really happy that im able to do it more and more often, but somthing also happend last night that has never happend to me before.

I was lying in bed after having my 2 lucid dreams feeling fairly proud and i was trying to do it again, but i started to get this feeling like i was falling into my cusion or being pulled into my bed, i decided to let it happen, and my head started to get this intense buzzing sensation, (while this was happening i remembered the things that i heard about OBE's) and i could feel my dream self floating out of my body, ( i could still see the blackness of my eyelids but i felt as though i was leaving my body) but i could not completly break free.

so i tryed to roll out of my body and i could actually feel myself roll out, but i could not see anything. And the next thing i knew, i woke up and i was trying to sit up, but i was finding it hard. which i thought was strange to i decided to do a nose reality check which worked and i started breathing out of my nose, but i some how convinced my self that i must of just done it wrong, so i got up went to the bath room looked in the mirror and then went back to bed.

Only later on did i realise that that realistic situation was all a dream. I could of had 3 lucids in one night but i didnt believe my reality check as the situation i was in was to real!

and the time i was getting out of bed in the dream, i had the same buzzing feeling in my head, than what i had when i was falling asleep but i still wasnt convinced.

can sombody explain what happend before the dream, because i have had that falling feeling before in bed, and from now on i am going to let it happen as it did lead to a extremly realistic and almost lucid dream.
