Moral story and a question

First I usually use WILD for Lucid dreaming, so let's start with a moral story, yesterday I saw weird aggressive creature making push ups in the end of the bed, I tried not to panic but i was slowly getting more scared, and the more I get scared the more his head points and looks at me, at last he jumped and ate my head. Moral: don't get scared or things will turn bad..

About the question, last week I've experienced a weird thing which I went spinning slowly in a 360 degrees circle up the bed. But I just read now something about spinning somewhere here in this forums so was it really while in sleep paralysis steps and it's common or I was inside a dream already?..

It sounds like you were already in a dream.

The only thing I can personally recall about spinning is that some people try to stabilize their lucid dreams by spinning but some find this doesn't work.
