WEll i am trying the "LD test preset" for bwgen. It just sounds like a bunch of waves. But i am going to listen to it while i got to sleep, set my alarm clock for an hour and 30 minutes after i fall assleep, hoping that i will remember a dream and then go back to sleep without the headphones if i had a dream while trying to keep that dream inmind. and if i dont have a draem then i will repeat the process with headphones. Wish me luck. I will be departing for dreamworld in about an hour. :D

WEll i guise it did ok, i didn't piss my pants like everyone else who tried the "sweet sleep" preset. I did wake up at six in the mourning and recalled the 2 dreams that i had. THe only problem is that i cant remember them now, i will have to remember to write them down next time. It was kinda weird because i remebered the dreams that i had for about 6 seconds and then i forgot what they were about. lol
You're moving forward though. Finally you're begining to remember your dreams, and this is the first critical leap forward in lucid dreaming. Keep pushing.
yeah dont be lazy and write them down immidiately... I was too lazy to do it once and I wasted a night so to speak, one day no entry in my journal... I felt pretty bad afterwards heh.
