Most successful WILD nap.*

I lay in bed for only about 20 minutes. I concentrate on my breathing and the center of my forehead. *A few images appear briefly. Then I was in a movie theater. I could see myself standing near the front of the theater. Then I told myself that wasn't really me up there, I'm me. The other me faded away and I took control. The room started fading. I started spinning. As I spun, I could see an open door with a light on. The door lead to my bedroom. I didn't want to go back to my room, so I looked up as a way of ignoring my bedroom. I was still spinning. The ceiling was moving faster and faster. Lights started flickering. I woke up... I think.*

I was in my bed. My body started tingling and going completely numb. I could feel intense vibrations. I could hear a humming noise. Even though my eyes were closed I could see everything in my room. I knew I was slipping into sleep paralysis. When I have experienced SP in the past, I felt the threatening presence that most people experience. I began asking if anyone was there. Nobody answered. I opened my eyes and could see nobody. My lights were on but I knew I left the lights off before I went to bed. I knew I was still dreaming. The tingling and buzzing went away. I began to float in the air. I wasn't flying, just weightless. *I *was a little scared at first because I was completely lucid. I knew I was dreaming. But there was still some doubt in my mind. I still had the idea of the possibility that I was awake. The dream seemed so real, that even though I was doing something impossible, I still questioned whether or not I was dreaming. I decided to wake up because the uncertainty of my state of consciousness was freaking me out.*

Good job on the WILD. I understand your hesitation about going through, sometimes I get scared too. Hopefully you get more courage next time and get over the fear so you can freely do anything you can possibly imagine!
