7th Lucid Dream [Induced by being someone else?]

Hey All

Its about 4am where i am at now..i just woke up about 10mins ago and wrote down my 7th Lucid Dream...it didn't last more then maybe 3 mins...but it was strange...and i didn't feel i was in *full control*..well here it is

[ Lucid Dream]

I was in this odd town, not really where...it was like crammed alleyways that had buildings and stores and i remember seeing these 3 people...a guy...a women...and a little girl...Now for some reason..In my dream..i was the guy..i wasn't me, it was like my mind was controllin the Guy....

Anywayz the 3 stopped and *my view* lookin back at them was only a few feet infront of them..and the 2 said something to me *the guy* and im like "Well i'm just going to go this way" and i * The Guy* started walking away, but then I *The guy* came back..and I *The Guy* was like "Wait, no im not....I'M DREAMING!"

That's when i came into myself..Like seein the dream through my eyes---even though i was seein in through my eyes the whole time, it was like...I was in control of myself..So I was Lucid standing there and im like..."Okay I'm Lucid..There fore...You are gone.....And You are gone.." and each time i said that..the women, and the little girl just Vanished..they went *POOF* right out of my dream never to be seen again..And i was standing there and im like "Clarity Now" to sharpen up things, but it wasn't like i was 110% Feelin LUCID...even though i was...I walked a little bit..and i could feel my dream slippin away so i was like "I should try Dream Spinning" cuz i had never tried it before..but by the time i started to even think about spinning..I woke up....

Now I have a few questions...

1....Before i became Lucid..Why was i controllin someone else in my dream...what i mean was, *The guy* that was in my dream with the 2 females...was *Me* until i realized i was Dreaming,,,,,then it was like i was seein the dream through my eyes--even though i still was before i became Lucid--i guess i didnt have control then.....

2.....Why have my last 2 Lucid Dreams been like not all my rest..Like I would remember in one of my Lucid Dreams feeling like "OKAY I so know I'AM DREAMING" and i woudl kinda feel like bizzare and totally FOCUSED on that fact that i Knew I was dreaming...but the last 2 i had---In 5 days---they haven't really been like i was FOCUSED....

The last one i knew i wasn't FOCUSED cuz i had taken 2 pain pills before I went to bed...totally threw me off...But this one...I took a B6 pill about between 1-2 hours before i went to bed...then when i was about to go to bed..I took another...I listened to that 90min mp3 almost through the 1st part of it but then just took my headphones off and went to sleep...I think maybe my last thought before i went to sleep...was about Lucid Dreaming,but i had 2 dreams before my Lucid one, i know that for sure..but i can only at this moment remember one of them before my LUCID....

Question 3: How can I make my Lucid Dreams more FOCUSED, like i know I HAVE CONTROL? Instead of always feelin like a part of me wasn't fully tthere....??

pS....in one of my coolest LD's yet...i had made a gun appear in my back pants when i was like "I HAVE A GUN" when i realized i was dreaming in that dream..i Kinda felt heavy, but like I WAS THERE,and it felt kinda JELLO like...why did i feel that, but now i dont??

dude i read on another site that consciously breathing very deep can make you more FOCUSED and make the LD last alot longer, they said as long as u want, as long as u deeply breathe. dont forget that on ur next LUCID!!!! give it a shot!


that second person view stuff is normal man. just this week i had a dream i was following a guy around like with my eyes as the second person camera. then i became him in the dream ,(you know, then i went into that van with that spanish chick) MUWAHAHAAHGAH. i wouldnt worry about that man

sounds like just a lower level LD than your previous, thats all. remember there are different clarity levels and all?

Yeah it's normal to have third person dreams...where you are watching people and aren't really present in the dream alot of people have those. That is a great dream sign for you though...viewing dreams in 3rd person, and it seems that this is possibly what sparked you to become lucid.

Once you get lucid you can't just expect to say a simple thing like "Clarity Now" and expect it to work. Sometimes I have to try several methods to get my lucids more clear and realistic. When you use verbal commands you should look at your hands...and examine them in detail. Examining anything in detail in your lucid will make everything around you more clear. Also, you sort of have to find out what works for you. I don't like dream spinning very much b/c a few times I have spun myself awake. So when I notice that my dream is fading I try to look at my hands...or kneel down and examine the grass or carpet or sand or whatever and say things like "increase visuals" or "increase lucidity" or "stabilize lucidity now"...etc. Sometimes you will have to say things these over and over and just once won't cut it.
