Had a conversation with a woman claiming to be my sub-concious, I don't know what to make of it all

I posted this on Reddit, and now I'm posting here, guys I have no idea what happened, I met with... well myself, and I was told something I can't remember, It led to my being taken captive, please I need your thoughts on this, I created my account today so I can't post links I'll paste the text here

Well, I don't know how to describe just what the hell happened but I had three of the weirdest lucid dreams I've ever had saturday night, I'll just go with what I can remember. I was in a room where there was a lot of red, red carpet red walls/ceiling, red sheets on the bed across the room. and I was just standing there talking to a woman, when I began to walk, and I realized I could move freely, so I looked at the objects on the dresser, I walked around the room, and she said to me "So you finally figured it out" I replied "I'm sorry, who are you" "I'm a fragment of your subconsious" and we spoke for a while I can't remember what was said, I was in total control of my own actions but not in control of her or the rest of the environment, I think we had intercourse but I'm not sure entirely, she told me something, I can't remember what but I know it was mindblowingly important, I was screaming at her "How am I supposed to remember this when I wake up help me, please"! she told me not to worry and that I would see her again later, I had more dreams, they weren't lucid, then I drempt I was at a fairground, maybe a waterpark, just walking, when a girl in a wheelchair rolled up next to me, I have no idea that I'm dreaming at this point and I just blurt out "So you're her, you came back" "Yea and I brought friends, let's go over there theres a drained pool we can talk in". and did she ever bring friends, at least eight people were there, not like the, well I'll just call them NPC's in the background, these seemed solid to me, real. so the figures, myself and the girl, now out of the chair, walked to the pool, sure enough, it was drained and there was scafolding inside, I sat down among the scafolds and the others took places either on the side or in the bowl, we talked though all dialougue escapes me, I can remember being mortified at what I was hearing, just like before it was something of apocaliptic proportions, suddenly the scaffold bars, they slid down, they were welded to the sides but they slid down around me, my... I don't know companions started yelling that they had found us we have to go now, the brunette grabbed the bars and started screaming at me to break the bars, get the hell out of there, we dont have time. I told her I didn't know how that I was stuck, I remember being bound, put in a bag, and dragged off, later placed on a conveyorbelt, I was viewing myself in third person after they put me down, I was rolled into a.. well what appeared to be a furnace, it clearly had another side, there was an opening on the other end, but the damn thing had this red glow, it was like I was being sent into hell, and then I lost the dream, I don't remember anything beyond that untill the third dream began, I was carrying a torch down a dirt tunnel, there were train tracks, then I saw one of the figures from the pool, one of the brunettes allies, it had a black shawl, almost a robe, over its body and its head was covered by a white sheet, there were clearly ropes over and under the mask it wore and curiously enough with the exeption of the robe I was bound the same way when I was taken, my first thought was one of horror, It looked like something out of Silent Hill just stepped from the shadows, but then I recognized the figure and thought, "oh It's only her", I once again realized I was dreaming and the brunette and the others stepped from the shadows around me, they began talking to me again, and I once again cannot remember what was said though It's importance was massive.

Thats all I can remember, this experience once again piqued my interest in lucid dreams, and I have to go back in I must meet these figures again, I want help with that, this is litterally my first time posting on reddit so I apologize for the length, I've had strange dreams before, some even prophetic, but this takes the cake and I am almost scared.

EDIT:1 I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter, as well as tips on how to trigger a lucid dream, I've been doing reality checks all day, and I plan on keeping a dream journal, so should I post them here or simply write? Nonetheless I MUST re-enter that dream, whatever was in there had crucial importance to me and whatever it was it was worth holding me captive. Please help me with this.

One of the best rules that I know about lucid dreaming...NEVER EVER CONTINUE DREAMING IF YOU SEE YOUR SC...Usually "You" will pop-up in a dream because your conscious is made about something, and your SC is letting you know. Mainly what will happen is your SC will cause you to go into a Nightmare, or something bad will happen. Always always say "stop" when you see your SC because it will only cause trouble for you in your dreams..Do NOT try and redream this for you if you want someone thats you to talk to I encourage you to find your dream guide. These feeling you describe remind me of a dream I've been having for years but stopped having for the last two years.
It also starts in a red room and always ends with people panicking freaking out and stuff.

Like the information and person that feels so important to you, I try getting into a room which holds secrets about myself.
Other people have entered the room and ran out of it going completely mad.

Since a few months I've been trying to have it again and came to the conclusion I had to attain LD skills in order to get back in those rooms by myself.

So if you have any luck summoning this dream again let me know how you did it.

This is contradicting, to presume for OP to stop interacting with their SC, when in fact, the dream guide is an aspect of their subconscious.

In fact, take this to another level, the dream guide is a vessel for the subconscious to sublimate information contained in the unconscious interchangeably. When you're excluding a practical theory from this, you are then assuming the dream guide is a different entity completely abstract from the person's mind.

Now, how one distinguishes Beyond Dreaming Aspects, and just practical aspects of lucid dreaming (where most would believe it's all in your mind, at least just for Lucid Dreaming and not AP/OBE).

To "stop" talking with this entity that states they are that person's SC makes matters worse.

Take it even further with dream interpretation, it seems that when people are seeing murder, killings, negative events in their dream, they think they're going to get possessed or something.

Which is completely absurd because it only can "happen" if you keep inviting those thoughts to occur. I'm pretty sure that the dreaming environment one in engages in lucid dreaming IS your subconscious. Your subconscious doesn't have to be a singular entity, it's that in terms of communication, we're used to talking to an entity with a solidified or some form of a body.

Suppressing the interaction of this entity claiming to be their SC is a detriment to that person. If it's an nightmare that occurs constantly, it's an obvious that there's something the subconscious is trying to portray.

Now how one handles whether or not they confront the nightmare or cop out and avoid it is up to them, but ideally, in the most rudimentary sense, dream guides, whether or not one believes in them or not, are an aspect of your mind.

Your subconscious is you, you are it, it's all you. Now if seeing a double of yourself is concerning, at most, it should just be worried about identity crisis, but again, it's up to the OP to really believe that's actually a detriment.

How people define their dreams, and gather meaning from it, trying to analyze if it's apophenia or something of substance....again, it's a self-endeavor type of deal.

But if this person is getting strong emotions, and wants to figure how to meet the entity again, then by all means, they should do so. Worrying about outcomes that would happen if you find someone who claims to be your SC seems to be counter-productive. Stopping interactions with that SC means stopping the environment they're (OP) engaging in as well.

If that's the case, there would be no point in doing anything, and meeting the dream guide would be practically impossible if they're stopping the same source that manifests them in the first place.

That would make OP have another wall to climb over or choose to avoid, making them deviate from a solution in handling and rationalizing the event from before.

Although, that might be true...Your DG is your self conscious as you stated. But, they said the person looked like them...I can't remember whose guide...It stated that if you see someone that looks like you, and says their your self conscious that it signifies a nightmare coming. Your DG won't look like you, and will only help you.

So many Jungian (sp?) archetypes! Those are never good. But Seriously, I'd disagree with the guy trying to tell you to not interact with the DC calling themselves your subconscious. It could be an interesting experience for you, and after all, it's just a dream. No physical harm can come to you. Please give us a follow up here, as I'm kind of intrigued by this.

ALSO: I haven't personally had a great experience with the lucid dreaming side of reddit, but hey, if you enjoy it go there too. Just don't forget dream views, this community is awesome IMHOP.

You guys gave awesome answers but I myself am not a lucid dreamer, and I am looking for ways to lucid dream so I can get back to the dream, if anyone could help out with that I would be grateful

Well, you have many options available to you. You could try a MILD (Mantra Induced Lucid Dream) where you state a mantra during specific times:

• You could say a Mantra like, "At (X amount of time (AM/PM) tomorrow ), I will realize that I'm dreaming."
• Make sure you put meaning in your mantra, and really put faith in it. Try it out for a few weeks, and if you find yourself not getting results, keep trying.

You could also try a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) where you:

1. Sleep for at least 4.5 hours or so
2. Do a WBTB (Wake Back to Bed) Stay up for 30 minutes to an hour (or less if you feel you can sleep quickly again)
3. Try to sustain some awareness as you're falling asleep, but don't focus too much on your body to the point where you can't fall asleep
4. Enter dream state and become lucid

You could also try a DILD (Dream induced lucid dream) where you:

1. Keep track on your Dream Journal that you said you'll plan to make and find dream signs that would prompt you to make reality checks based on how things would be out of the norm, and become lucid, and seek your goal to its end.

You could also try a DEILD (Dream Exit Induced lucid dream) where you:

1. You can set a mantra that after each dreaming period ends, you will become aware that you're awake with your eyes closed
2. Remain still as you can and just focus on entering the last dream you had, or create a new one from it
3. Become lucid, and seek your goal

Seems easy right?

I understand how much you want to go back to this dream, but before you can get anywhere with it, you'll have to focus on some basics first.

You could try some of the methods I mentioned above (and you can find guides on each in their respected section), but what if you don't recall that you re-entered the dream?

Try to focus on making the dream journal first, it would be pointless to try this all out if you don't attempt to make a log of your dream signs and dream experiences. It's not required, but it's a useful supplement with developing a better dream recall.

It seems you're more interested in finding solutions to the dream, and finding meaning in it, but even if that were to occur, wouldn't you want more answers?

What if you couldn't stabilize the dream long enough, what if you couldn't implement stabilization techniques to have a longer lucid dream?

• Try to make a dream journal, and devote some time to it. Become aware of your dream signs, because they are key in finding out how you can link yourself to that goal of yours
• Try a technique for a few weeks or even for a month, and research how to do it in a practical manner
• That might take time, especially since it's apparent you are eager to re-enter this dream, and if you try too hard, you might get frustrated, so it might take time before things turn out right for you.
• So what can you do? Make re-entering that same dream a major lucid goal, and focus on the fundamentals in getting there in the first place, and to even recall it after it's over

There's just those dreams where you HAVE to go to them ASAP, but based on your position, since you seem to be new to learning induction methods, try to take your time, or else you might find yourself disappointed through each attempt.

It will take trial and error, but just remember your desire to enter the dream again, or find help in your dream to link you to it again.

But if you're going to go about this in a quick-way rushed endeavor, you might get lucky, but if not, prepare yourself for some difficulties here and there. It will take time, just like developing any skill.
