      Are these WILDS?

Hi dreamviews. The inactive member is here with more questions again.

So here is a brief description of how almost all of my lucid dreams occur:

I unwillingly wake up in the middle of the night after about 4 hours of sleep, and I am unable to fall back asleep for at least another two hours (often way over three). Somewhere around here I notice that something is weird. At one point I saw that my desk changed shape every time I opened my eyes, at another my binder was lying in my bed for no appearent reason. At this point I realize that I'm in fact dreaming and then go mess around in the dream version of our house.
Throughout all of this I never notice any hypnagogia, strange noises, vibration in my body or any other signs of WILD transition that I have read about here in dreamviews. I just lay there in my bed, cursing that fact that I can't fall asleep even though I'm tired as crap (usually because I have a test the next day ).

I should probably also mention that since I always "wake up" in my bed, basically all of my lucid dreams take place in our house. Also, I've noticed that if I have one of these unintended sleep deprived nights I'm almost guaranteed to lucid dream. This has happened at least 6 times and I had a lucid dream in 5 of them.

So, I just wanted to ask if you think that these are actually WILDs? I think it is so strange becuase I've never been able to do I WILD when I've been intentionally trying to do one.

One time I was laying in bed for about 2 hours trying to sleep when I realized all of the sudden that I was standing by a fence! so you might have slipped into a dream somewhere around there, or you might have just been dreaming the whole time (it is hard to tell how long time is in dreams).

Do you wake up for real and then toss and turn for couple of hours, untill you realize you can see your room? If yes, than that would indeed be a WILD. A WILD has to start from you being awake, keeping your awareness as your body is falling asleep and then enter lucid dream by one of many different methods. On of them is realizing that you can see your room or something else.

If you just think you wake up and then suddenly you realize you see your room, that could be a DILD.
