My first scare

This morning I wanted to call my dad to tell him I was making a purchase I woke up in my bed reached for my phone. Nothing rang and I realized I was dreaming, I then woke up again the experience repeated I was still in a dream. It would happen a few more times causing me to fight it but keep in mind this was my normal peak lucid dreaming hours. i fought and finally was able to stand but very dazed I stumbled over to my dresser. I looked at the wall and saw a very creepy finger painting then realized that wow I am still in a dream. The shock finally woke me and I immediately looked at my phone to see if this was real life, it was.

Normally my dreams are real everyday situations but never has it ever been the feeling of waking up, I must say very bizarre.

False awakening were somewhat scary for me before I started to get interested in lucid dreaming. Now that I understand what happens during the false awakening is an advantage to try lucid dreaming.
