stayed lucid...,for a while

so i had a lucid dream last night, the firs ttime i had LD i had 3 in a row drifitng in and out of sleep, this one happened in a similair circumstance, i had about 2 hours sleep the night before, (the time i had 3 i had no sleep the night before then napped the following afternoon), then went to bed, i am almost sure it has something to do with this lack of sleep the previous nights, it puts my mind in a weird state where it just seems easy to get lucid, but annnnyhow, i got lucid then got alle xcited, and felt everything drifting away, so i thought "shit! and thought about the whole rub ur hands thing, although instead of rubbing my hands, i conjured up this HOT chick and she sat their holding my hands, i kept holding her hands until it felt stable again, anyhow rest of dream is my business, but it was awesome!

Yea torching hands or looking at your hands will help

Lol. Great dream..it's so freagin hard for me to get lucid dreams. Lol. Anyone....rubbing hands would help..:D...did you try to like...make it clearer??

ok you must be some kind of lucid expert in disguise. when my LDs fade im trying my hardest not to lose them and your busy conjuring hot chicks? amazing

im not sure how i cud be a "lucid expert in disguise" for what is a lucid expert? simply someone who has experienced awesome things? i dont think there are "levels" or this sort of thing, it is simply ur mind believing u can do it and feeling relaxed while being aware in your dream, i just posted about another lucid i just had about 10 minutes ago, and i rubbed my hands, but i made myself relax, this worked even better than the hands, simply reassuring myself and calming nerves, as part of the excitement of being lucid seems to me to be because its the "unknown" and relateively far out there. dont get me wrong im not saying u cannot become experienced, i do not know why i started lucid dreaming at all heh, i didn't even know it was possible until i had those 3 ina row then searched google, i just hope i have more! i keep a dream log now and remember at least 2 or 3 dreams a night, before i started this dream log i was lucky to remember a dream every 6 months, wen i was young i had cronic reoccuring nightmares for around 3 years, the same nightmare over and over and over, anyhow after that i did not dream for quite a while, this has given me a new love for dreaming, its like an amazing journey u can have every time u sleep heh, only problem is whenever i have a lucid dream i wakup bam strauight away and im bloody awake like i am now, i feel like i just drunk about 10 cups of coffee
