Dream affecting reality - normally able to control
Hi im new here and if this is in totally the wrong place then i apologise but i need some advice. Im normally very good at controlling my dreams but this one seems to be getting out of hand. it seems to be gettin worse and worse every time i have it and i cant control it and now seems to be affecting my waken state.
have this sort of recurring ddream. well, sort of. its more of i have a dream and it could be about a variety of things but always the same house. In this house there is another "house" attached. In this dream it used to belong to an aunt of mine (living) and is just empty but i know in my dream that there is another presence there. Always in my dream i just sort of feel it but nothing else.
Now, last night i had a dream i was putting someone in there to stay for the night, not sure if it matters but it was a person that i dont get on with. now when i was doing this the"spirit" or whatever thata i have always felt stayed there was shouting the name tony, over and over again. i then tried my best to get out the room. the spirit was then talking nicely to the person i left there but when they heard me trying to leave started to come after me...i did get out the room but in a sort of "walking in quicksand" type of way and only just got out. the spirit cannot leave this buidling.
now this is when i woke up, with that horrid, heart beating feelign which stayed with me and seemed to take over my whole body. for about an hour i couldnt sleep, i felt that someone was with me in the room and could not move. Every time i tried to go back to sleep, the voice would start, i would see the spirit and i felt as if it was waking me up. eventually a coupel hours after, my body seemed to relax and i fell asleep.
