Dream Characters do the Darndest Things

I really find it astounding that my mind can create DCs without my conscious approval or awareness that I can talk to as if they were independent entities. I'm curious to hear about some of the strange/interesting things your DCs have done or said. Things that surprised, shocked or just plain blew you away.

I have a fairly minor tale to share up front. I walked into this room and saw a pretty woman. I figured I'd give her a kiss. Why not? This is my dream, right? I can do whatever I want. At least that's what I thought.
So I took her in my arms and to my astonishment, she refused my advances. I was really surprised when she told me she was waiting for her boyfriend so she couldn't kiss me. Then, without even thinking about it (I don't know where the idea came from) I told her it was okay because I was her boyfriend. She thought about it for a moment and then was like, "Oh okay. In that case..."

Not the sharpest DC in the toolbox...

DCs are somewhat independent but at the same time they aren't. what you get is what you expect that's why you have to unplug yourself from memories and expectations to freely control your own dream.
