Pinching your nose RC... disorienting?

I recently discovered that many lucids I had ended very prematurely after I did the pinching-your-nose-and-trying-to-breathe-through-it RC because for me, its totally disorienting!

This morning I had a very long lucid (at least 20 or 25 minutes dreamtime and it lasted about 15 to 20 minutes realtime, thats long for me anyway) and I did the pinching-your-nose-and-trying-to-breathe-through-it RC three times and each time it was very disorienting. I felt like the dream warped and distorted and felt like I was quickly slipping out of the dreamworld, but this time I was able to control the sensation all three times.

I then discovered in the dream why I had so many LDs that ended right after I RCed, but now I know how to control it. Anyone else had the same problem?

Oh, in the dream I also discovered that the finger-through-the-palm RC doesnt work for me, like, at all.
