      Kicking and punching while lucid Dreaming

      Has this happened to anyone else? I've noticed that the more I do lucid dreams and things like that I kick or punch while sleeping, sometimes my body jumps, I know because some movements are strong enough to wake me up and the ones that are not i've been told about...

      Maybe you're in very light REM sleep, like your body isn't fully paralyzed or something. Have you grounded yourself to the dreams with stabilizations, focusing and reality checks? Like don't start acting like Bruce Lee in the first ten seconds after becoming aware Maybe it will help.
