Thread: List of Awesome Things to do to Dream Characters

Last night, for the first time ever, I made a dream character show signs of fear.

I'm a songwriter so I'd love to play music and sing with a DC. Even better if I remember the song when I wake up!

Those are awesome ideas!

I make dubstep so I'd love for a DC to put on a concert for me so I can remember it and make it when I wake up!

I had a lucid dream last night where I was apparently signed up to teach a sex class to 16 years old. When I entered the gym where I was teaching them they started chanting my name and thought every thing I said was amazing, and felt the need to clap at it. So, yeah, performing in front of them is pretty cool.

For a while now I've been wanting to start performing good deeds in my dreams, and be generally peaceful and helpful. I also try to rely solely on defense and non-lethal combat whenever possible. So on that note...

-Find an injured DC and heal them (Restoration magic, or with a potion, etc)

-Subdue a DC by putting them to sleep (always imagine kinda running up to them and grabbing their face, and then closing their eyelids like they do on movies when someone dies. )

- The previous one just gave me a cool idea... put a DC to sleep, and then enter the DC's dream. I wonder if anyone has done that one...

Woaahh... Going into a DC's dream... I wonder if that would help stability like tenfold... Or be really bizarre. Awesome idea!

But you really don't hear much about helping DC's, just hunting them and how to mess with them... I like that outlook!

Sorry for not contributing, but i don't recommend telling a DC that THEY are dreaming, because technically they are a part of you, and can control the dream as much as you would.

3. Give / imagine for him / her powers or weapons (force or whatever) and rob a place, or save the world
4. This one works! Ask for dreams you can not remember! Even if you don't within a dream it's possible to remember a dream!
5. Ask for advice, whatever the topics is

I would make friends with the DC .

I would ask who? what? why? where?, and when?
About everything

I still suck at initiating lucids (though honestly, I haven't really been trying very hard to get the hang of it).

I think one of the things I would do to my dream characters is talk to them. Just to find out how well they can hold a conversation, how life-like they are, how similar to me they are. I would also ask them things about my life, just to see what they say.

You sir.. are a genius. Can't believe I never thought of that, lol.

It's funny that this thread is the complete reverse to my 100000 ways to troll a DC.

How about you have a DC do stuff for you!

Like a slave lol.

Turn a DC to stone.
Turn a DC into chocolate then eat the DC (still alive of course).
Make a DC walk on a tightrope.
Haunt a DC.
Turn a DC bones to rubber.
Make a DC heat resistant then set him/her on fire.
Put a DC on quicksand.

If you want some ideas, check the thread i mentioned, it's similar to this one.

Stick your finger into the side of the DC's head , warning them beforehand, pull your finger out and remember everything about this (i'll share my experience after I see what happened during yours).

I'm gonna play chess with a DC. Just to see if my dream characters are as terrible at chess as I am.

Kind of a weird/pointless thing to do in a dream, but it's one of the things I want to do most.

Here's some other things:
Spar with one of my DCs (I train in boxing IRL)
Use mind control on them
Ask them what they dream about
Ask them about their childhood, and other events in their life (I want to see how lifelike they are)
Change them into an animal

I'd also like to ask one of them if they can let me know every night that I'm dreaming so that I can become lucid. I wonder how that would work out, lol.

Ask them where they go, when you wake up.

-I would like to make a DC predict my next day and see if it would come true .
-I would like to ask a DC whats my deepest fear.
-I would tell a DC to appear in my next dream and come talk to me.

Make your subconsious a DC and tell it to make you be lucid every night at the start of the dreams, with extreme vividness, and "full" dream control.

I have to try this. If it works I will be teh happiest person ever.

Hehe. Same. Now, i need to stop being lazy and write those 10 dreams on my journal. Heh. Also, tell it to never give you nightmares again. I AM GOING TO GET A FLYING CAT DANCE PARTY!
