Since i am terribly new i'm not freaking out about this but: i got 5-6 hours of sleep. Woke up for one hour and read my history book.
Went back to bed with a constant "I will be conciouss" "I will be aware" mentality. And i noticed switching attention numerous times. Then (now that i woke up) i realized i was having more than day dreams they were kind of sort of LDs.
Everything lacked color to some degree and it didnt feel real. I was aware of my bed.
Is that like a first step?
