My first lucid dream and astral projection

Ok so these are the stories of my first lucid dreams and astral projection. And how I gained my psychic abilities.
Ok I'll start with my astral projection
One night I woke up in the middle of the night and got bored so I decided to lucid dream so I heard a method about staying perfectly still until you go to sleep.So I decided to check it out and lay there completely still.after a while my entire body started vibrating and tingling incredibly and then my eyes started twitching relentlessly and then all of a sudden I felt I was being sucked out of my body.Thats when I opened my eyes and I were at a futuristic looking train station.I was (fully conscious by this point),
And the lady asked me where I wanted to go and I said I wanted to see my great great nana, (I'm just assuming its some kinda time machine).So she said yeah and I was instantly transported to an incredible futuristic looking...place? And then I saw my great nana.She ran up to me and hugged me and then she told me "I see you like talking to spiritual beings aye?" (I've been able to communicate with unknown spiritual creatures particularly mermaids since I was little) then she gave me a white light and kinda put it on my neck as if it was a necklace then I felt my forehead tingle.
Before waking me up she took me around the place and I woke up able to see spirits...0_o it's actually very fucking scary...
But yeah..So that's my AP and LD
