Trading places, christmass at home

Last Night I have had another Lucid Dream. The problem with my lucid dreams is that they tend to get really heavy and I try to escape them after a while. It starts with laying in my bed and hearing some music and conversations, slowly I fade deeper in the the dream. Then suddenly it feels like I make a free fall. I tried to shake myself awake and found myself in my room with my lights on. I thaught that I woke myself, but I notices there were no doors or windows in my room.
Everything began to shake and the next thing I experienced was that at my mother's living room. I was floathing horizontal in the room. The floathing feeling is really cool, but sometimes a little to much. In the room everything was decorated for christmas, and there was a big tree in the corner. I wanted to see my mother so I slowly floathed to the stairs and embrazed my mother on the stairway. Really strange, but a good thing because it gave me an ok feeling about the dream.
A lot more happens, that I do not reallu remember. The only thing was every time I tried to shake myself awake, I got into another environment, and then I thaught that I was awake. In the end after a lot of trying I really get out of it and was able to move my body.
It is some weird dreaming. I have these dreams a lot, a lot of time when I have a hangover and have had a lot of coffee troughout the day. I already feel that it is going to happen that night. I think I am going have a notebook beside my bed, should be interesting. I am interested if anyone has the same kind of dreams and if you have any explainations for this weird dream....
