Cataplex B and Valerian Root

Last night I took two Cataplex B pills (That is the prescribed serving) and a Valerian root pill. The CAtaplex B I took had 2 MGs of B6. Anyways, last night, I fell asleep really quickly, which is out of the ordinary for me, and when I woke up this morning, I could remember three, very vivid, long, and detailed dreams. Not just like the sections of a dream where you remember general stuff, I remembered details. It was nice for me, seeing as how most of the time I can't even remember my dreams. Has anyone else had an experience with these two pills? I'm more interested in the Valerian Root, because I already know B Vitamines help your dreams, increase your brain activity/capacity or what-not. I think the Valerian Root really helped in keeping me asleep and making my dreams longer.

From my personal use of Valerian Root over the years, I can vouch that for me, it usually enhanced the clarity, vividness and lucidity of my dreams. I originally took it as a sleep aid several years back, but was happy to discover that a side effect was more vivid and memorable dreaming.
