Now I know anybody can make out/rape/have sex with any Dream Characters they want, but can they do it to you? I had just had a dream just like this the other night.. I was playing Handball (Goaltender) with kids from school (years ago) and after I got bored (Not Lucid yet) I left the arena and I encountered a pretty hot girl and then she pulled me in a room and started making out with me. This was when I became Lucid. Any related experiences or is my mind just crazy?
They can theoretically do anything that you yourself can in a dream. And no, you're not crazy.
If you think about it, anything can happen in a dream, so yes.

Dreams are mostly controlled by your subconscious, and it is the subconscious that controls the characters in our dreams (usually). Because the subconscious controls most of the dream, things can happen regardless of whether or not the dreamer willed them. In fact most of our dream encounters are brought about by the subconscious. This makes dreams even more amazing because they can still surprise even the most experienced lucid dreamer. The dreamer's biases and expectations only make up a part of the dream world, the rest is dominated by the subconscious.
I was once raped outside of a Dairy Queen by a DC in a dream I had a few years ago. I mean, it was a girl and I'm a guy, but we're talking like fifth or sixth grade I had this dream... :/
