My First "Fun" Lucid Dream with Control

Hey guys. I am new to the forums so forgive me for posting in the wrong place. Anyways last night I had my 3rd lucid dream but it was actually long and I had total control. But not with my hands, an iPad2! I was playing some Xbox and my dad called me (this is the middle of the dream, the first half wasn't lucid) and he said, "Why aren't you at the Cast Party?" I was just at the play and I thought to myself..."Wait...I already went..." Because in real life I had gone to the cast party. Then it hit me. I AM DREAMING! I pinched my self and didn't feel anything. My friend had told me in real life that he controlled lucid dreams with his phone, so I was like-why not? I thought of it, and an iPad2 appeared. I picked it up and it showed elements. Water, fire, ice, etc. I picked one and my hand opened up and I could shoot the element. I basically messed around with that for the rest of the dream using my personal iPad. Then I wanted to wake up so I went to my room, got in bed, and closed my eyes. Then I woke up in real life.

wow that sounds like a fun dream, im new here too by the way, i think this post might actually go in the dream journal section. its ok im sure they will move it soon. anyways about the dream, i find it amazing you actually have that much control, especially with technology. for me technology has always acted a bit weird and never worked the way i want it. also i cant shoot fire from my hands yet so your ahead of me in that area. that sounds like a cool dream though, i think I'll try the elemental iPad idea sometime

I was thinking of using a wrist watch that allows me to levitate objects, teleport, turn into things, grow wings, etc. It will probably give my subconscious a reason to believe that those things are possible and make them easier to do. Btw, I'm new here too and I've only had two lucid dreams so far, but in the next one I'll try this.

Yeah it's very fun. In my next dream I want to summon my "Dream Guide" or subconscious. I want to ask him questions.

Congrats on lucid and dream control!
That's interesting way to control dream indeed and it's nice that you have found way that works for you.

You wanted to wake up? Man I would have rinsed that LD for what it's worth!

Nice to hear that you already had full control in one of your first LDs. As I understand it, the amount of control depends on how much you actually believe that you can control your environment. So I'd say you found a nice tool to support your trust in your controlling abilities... perhaps someday you can do it without the tool ?
And yeah, why would you want to wake up?
It doesn't matter whether this is a dream or not.
      It's a beautiful gift anyways!

Fascinating! Using an iPad to control your dream is a very interesting method. If I ever have any problems with dream control in the future, I will have to try using my phone or some other piece of technology to assist me.

So congratulations on the awesome lucid dream. I never shot fire in my hands from a lucid dream, but I've always wanted to. I just tend to have a lot of goals when I'm lucid dreaming, so it'll take a while for me to get around to all of them. But shooting flames from my hands is definitely high up on my list!

Hm... god damn it why didn't I think of this? I wouldn't use an iPad though, those things are too big, I would probably use a iPhone, and would make it look like the one I have IRL.
