Need help controlling lucid dreams!

Hi!
My lucid dream journey started 1 month ago and since then i have had 11 lucid dream but over half of them i havent been fully lucid. I have had 1 wild, 6 spontaneous lucid dream but past few days i tried idea i came up with im sure its already out there. I have been questioning reality and trying to be more aware. Each time i think of lucid dream i look around and make sure its reality this way i had 3 lucid in one night all very short about 1 minute. I have tried spinning, rubbing hands together but it just doesnt seem to work for me. I dont get excited anymore. Any tips how i can bring more awareness in to dream while in waking life? I just cant seem to think clearlry while in lucid dream.
And one other weird thing i always wake up from lucid dream 10.15 for past 3 days always had about 1 min lucid dream and wake exactly 10.15 FROM A LUCID DREAM so weird:D.

And you are actually doing pretty well for first month! Keep practicing awareness and you will get more aware in dreams with practice, also maybe you are becoming lucid at the end of REM, which is common for first lucids since we have higher awareness at that time, in that case with practice you will be able to become aware earlier which will also prolong lucids. ;)
As for stabilization, it is a nice and useful tool but it is not requirement for a good lucid, so instead of "Stabilize as soon as possible or else" attitude, calmly focus on your dream senses and stabilization technique, take it slowly and don"t worry about it and rather expect it to work. As for not thinking clearly, thinking about and writing/typing your goals before going to sleep and then trying to remember them after becoming lucid can be good for that, also you could try doing some basic math after becoming lucid or meditating. :)
As for waking up at the same time, your REM period might be ending at that time, so it's completely natural. We all briefly wake up after REM but usually we don't notice it if we are not aware enough. :P

Thanks for reply! I have noticed that i have becoming lucid later in the dream. I had one lucid dream which was very vivid and stable i used word command seemed to work but alarm woke me up. I just keep doing what you told and try to become more aware.
