      my lucid dreams

      Hi All

I am new to the forum. English is not my first language but I will do my best to describe what I have experienced.
I have had lucid dreams for almost a year. Usually I have lucid dreams in the morning after I have woken up at 3-4 o'clock and falling back asleep. Most of the time the lucid dreams happen in my own room. At some point I realize that I am sleeping and then I start to spin and roll ups and downs above my bed but it happens on its own without putting any effort. All this feels overwhelmingly blissful so it is very difficult not to wake up. Lately I have had a greater control and I have gone through walls and doors (once even in the space) but then that blissful sensation increases. In the end I start to move in a very high speed in some kind of void space and as a result of the bliss and the buzzing in my head I wake up. So I am a bit curious about the bliss I experience during these dreams and any comments will be appreciated.

Hey, welcome to dreamviews and congrats on lucid dreams!
Sounds like the blissful feeling is your feeling of dream, and it a good feeling, but also sounds like you are getting too excited. Try to remain more calm next time and you can also try some stabilization techniques, here's tutorial: Dream Stabilization and Clarity Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

Thanks for the information how to stabilize the lucid dreams. During my experiences I feel myself more like awareness than a body so some of the techniques like 'hand rubbing' cannot work. Am I supposed to have a 'body' in lucid dreams?
But I am also a bit surprised that techniques like dream spinning and linear acceleration happen on its own - as I mentioned in my previous post my awareness starts spinning and rolling and the dream ends when I start accelerating through the void. Maybe my subconscious knows what needs to be done and it is trying to prolong the blissful sensations!?
I will try the other techniques.

(sorry I had to delete your link in the quote as it did not let me post the message because I am new)
