I had a dream last night where I was on the internet reading THIS DAMN FORUM...ahaha...it was in a room I didn't even knew , with a computer I never saw, and the forum was very weird...I didn't even became lucid...I felt so stupid when I woke up...and still do. Maybe my mind was stronger than me this night lol...
just keep practicing! I wake up alot after having dreams and wonder why the hell I didn't become lucid! if you think about it, in almost every dream we have there are several occurrences that we would find really strange and abnormal. You can't go beating yourself up everytime!
Maybe we wish for the Absurd in dreams to escape the Humdrum............I agree it takes quite a bit of Effort to overcome this. A Bit like Double Bluff.
I just feel so stupid to not realise obvious things...like, yesterday, my taekwondo teacher was giving my physics class at college dressed with a jean skirt..
and it felt perfectly normal..aha
Haha, don't worry about it. The past two nights I've missed primo opportunities. Night before last I had to read a card with the words Tylenol LAP on it. It changed to Tylenol LPP, and then Tylenol 5LAP.
5LAP -- SLAP!!
Then last night I had to read a clock, and 10:20 changed to 12:20 before my eyes. I thought, "Wow, that's strange. Oh well."
Oh fucking well indeed.
Hehe, I must have dreamed about this place a dozen times by now without becomming lucid. Don't beat yourself up!
Im exactly the same with all of my dreams, last nights dream I confronted a guy who was pointing a gun at my sister and just snatched it off him and said "I dont think so" haha, little did I know he had another gun, then came after me because I interupted him killing my sister haha, so I ran and hid in a bush, this would have given me the PERFECT chance to realise it was dream, like time to think while I was sat still not thinking much, but then I got distracted by a guy who came upto the bush to take photos of me hiding, and then I woke up. I was so annoyed with myself haha.
that's nothing, i once had a dream, false awakening after a lucid dream, in which i was actually talking about lucid dreaming to my friends.Quote:

Thats happened to me before, I was floating in the clouds and talking to my friends, didn't notice a thing. Un-Lucky =)
we'll never know the complete inner workings of the brain! just see it as a chance to strive for what you want!

Yeah, dont beat urself up dude, just to go bed thinking that u'll suddenly realize ur dreaming becuz of the abnormal elements of ur dreams and u just might have a LD. That has worked for me like 4 times at least!
Haha, easier said than done sometimes. This morning I actually said, in my dream, "I'm lucid dreaming." I was lucid for literally half a second, and then I "woke up."
Once I was "awake," I started writing in my dream journal, but the words kept shifting around. I thought, "Man, that's annoying while I'm trying to write." I also saw some pictures that I hadn't drawn in there, and I thought about how I don't remember drawing them.
Then I woke up for real and I could have kicked myself, if my legs were long enough.
The same thing happened to me last night! I started writing in my dream journal, and had a lot of trouble with one word. I kept erasing and rewriting it, and I just couldn't get it right. I was awake for my WBTB waking period for half an hour before I realized that I hadn't actually written anything in my journal! :shakehead2:
