So after sleeping all night I woke up hungry, went to kitchen and ate something. I was still tired so I went back to bed to try to sleep again, and after 1 hour I fell asleep and dreamed about me asking a guy how to say something in french. He didn't answered me and I don't really remember how the dream ended. Anyway, the point of this post is what happened after the dream.
I remember being in bed and looking at the television, seeing photos of something and thinking 'Wow, it feels so real, hallucinations can be very powerful' because I thought I was awake (Still don't know if I was awake or not!?) and then I felt my heartbeat going faster and faster, feeling my body vibrate and having hypnagogic hallucinations. I told myself to relax and don't get too excited because I would ruin the chance of having a lucid. Eventually I saw things normally but I don't remember any change of that ''dream state'' and the real feelings.
Is it possible that someone have a near-WILD-experience after sleeping all night long and don't even notice what it was?
