is it WILD or Astral travel?

few days ago in 26-12-2013 I experienced something which I considered as a WILD Lucid Dream. let me share my experience BTW, I got sleep paralyzed and asked my Spirit Guide to pull me out of my body and I got out. But, there were little change in my room. The closet became bit short and there were two televisions in my room when there, is only one in normal time. In that plane, one television was on the exact place where it should be but the other one was on the closet which is shorter than my own reality. I got out from my room by thinking it's a Lucid Dream because, things r not same like it is in real world, anyway, I went to family space and noticed there should be a door to child's bed which is not there or maybe very thin that can't be noticed, then I got out from my home and tried to enter in my neighbor's home, as I came closer to my neighbor's door, the door automatically opened and I saw my neighbor opened the door from the other side and came out to go to my home, and I entered in the house. I moved around and went to the Master Bed room and seen the lady who just got out in font of my eyes, was sitting in the bed, then again I considered my experience as a WILD Lucid Dream. Later when I woke up, I saw that the lady from the next door is really in my home and when I asked one of my house mate that, when did she come. She replied, "just now". But, if I want to link my experience with this fact she should be in my home, at least five minutes ago. Can anyone please explain my experience?

It sounds like a great experience! You'll see debate on techniques, labels, "astral projection", WILD, DILD, etc. Depending on who you ask, you'll get a different answer. For me, it's an experience. Why do you want to label it with someone elses labels and ideas? What do you think it was?

LD is characteristic with surreal surrounding. Fantasy goes wild. You know that you are dreaming by LD
OBE(astral travel, mental travel...) doesn't need to go to place as you know it. The fantasy is still there, only much limited. (I try to limit imagination, but subconscious mind is working all the time.) You will have distinct feel that that is not a dream. And that you leaved your body. You will distinctively feel OBE to different dimension by type of thinking... state of mind you can use to stay in such dimension.
