Really realistic Lucid
Ok so i had this really realistic LD last night which was cool but eery at the same time.
So i was riding my bike around and wondered if i was dreaming or not. I did a reality check but nothing tht said i was dreaming. My vision was clear as anything. Then i remembered people told me to think about how i got there and wat i was doing before tht, but when i thought about it i had memories about how i got there. So therefore i could not distinguish if it was reality or not it was tht real. So then i decided to go to this girls house but then i was like wat if this is real?? I must of done like 9 RC's and i couldnt control anything. Then after awhile i woke up in my bed again and said tht was wierd.
Anybody ever had a dream soo real you cant tell if it was a dream or not.

Yea, I’ve had RCs fail. A lot of times in a regular dream I’ll move thing or unlock doors just by thinking about doing it. It just seems normal in most dreams to have strange abilities. If I get the thought again to try different RCs I think I’m going to try and associate levitating off the ground a few inches with the fact that it’s a dream. First establish in your mind that the two are related. Floating in the air and dreaming. The reason I say establish that in your mind first is because I do it a lot in a regular dream and don’t give it a second thought. Critical thinking.

Yeah, the floating thing seems so real to me at the time haha, also teleportation, I never questioned if it was real as in my dream my bedroom looked so realistic and I had aquired the skill of teleportation which made it seem that bit more real because Id learned it. Haha. I was really sad to wake up and realise I actually couldnt teleport lol, but I kicked myself for not becoming lucid, based on how unrealistic it is to develop a skill of teleportation lol.

I think the goal in a RC is not to check if sleeping because that will fail a lot in a dream. Prove that you are awake. Always doubt it until proven. It may be almost impossible to prove you are awake, but what you are looking for is the relative stabilization of your environment. It is stable in waking life but not so stable in a dream. That is why a clock will change when looking back because your mind has a hard time remembering every little detail and that is why your environment will not be stable. Checking for the impossible and unstable surroundings.

I just hope i dont miss out on another chance to have an LD :D

My most dependable reality check never fails, and I recommend it to everybody-- try flying. If you can fly by your own power, you are definitely dreaming. No question about it.
