Thread: Your First Intentional Lucid Dream

Hello all. This subject may have been covered in the past, but I couldn't locate an existing thread.

What I would like to discuss is how you felt during and after your first intentional lucid dream.

My quest for lucid dreaming started after a VERY brief spontaneous LD, which was pretty amazing…amazing enough for me to seek out a way to have more.

Then after reading a lot of information and practicing a few techniques I had my first LD. I remember waking up after the dream at 4:50 am feeling high as a kite. I couldn’t go back to sleep and I felt great for days after. I wanted to share my experience with the world. Personally I rate this first experience high on the list of incredible experience in my life. Not as good as falling in love for the first time (which I consider a 10), close to losing my virginity (which is a 9), and much better than my first time on a real roller coaster (which is about a 6)

I would be very interested to hear how you folks felt after your first intentional lucid dream. How would you rate the experience compared to other amazing experiences in your life?
