Third eye opening in lucid dream
Hello! I had this amazing experience today, yet I do not not how to interpret it.
I woke up at 9 am, drank my coffee and after a while after I suddenly got very tired and dizy. I decided to lay in my bed for a couple of minutes until the sensation went away. I have been "exercising" for a month or so (after a period of discontinuance) in order to reach the state of lucidity while dreaming.
So, this happened:
I am in my bed, on my side, relaxing and emptying my mind when suddenly I feel a tingling like pressure on my temple. As it continues, it grows in intensity. I am in a state between falling asleep and being awake and I choose not to move or exit this state... While in front of my eyes I see black, another image opens in front of me, in the middle of my forehead. While with my eyes I see the blackness, this second "screen" is overlapped but the two are not interfering. It appeared just between my eyebrows (the physical impression that it gave me) and in this oval screen there were flashes of me (as I was watching myself from the outside) with my head down while reading. They were from times such as 4-5 years ago till the very day.
It felt very pleasant in a way that I cannot explain in words... I wish to deepen in this phenomena, yet I do not know how to describe it or what to search for... Can you help me?
Was it a third eye opening? Because I don't see it as a dream, I repeat, the "usual camera" for dreams was just a dark image and this second middle image appeared.
