Well, thanks for responding to my post before..I can't help but feel the situations are somewhat related. Honestly, I don't know what to tell you. It must have to do with SP...your body doesn't want you to wake, but your mind is desperate to get the body to respond...just a idea. I noticed this alot with nightmares especially. I doubtit's serious, probably just a sensation of a type of panic going through your body since you say it fades rather uickly. Post if it keeps happening since last night this happened to me for the first time in a long time...I'd like to know how you deal with it, or if perhaps you can used it in some way to induce LD's, if your still borderline in SP. |

I wish someone figured out how to prevent or froget about the painful feeling you get from waking yourself. I get the same thing and I hate it. It seems like the pain is getting worse and worse. And the waking up process is getting slower. I also hate that I can remember so clearly the pain too. |
