So Real
So I was walking down the hallway in what looked like my grandmas apartment.
At one point I stoped infront of a mirror. I looked down at my hands they were looking like my nornal hands, and that was strange because I know that in a dream they look a little bit strange. I looked up at my reflection in the mirror and it was me! No distortions just a perfect reflection of me.
I entered a room and went to the balcony. I eanted to jump down since I knew it was a dream ( I was on the 8 floor ). But it felt so real! I went back to the room and started thinking if should I do it or not. And then I woke up.

be safe even in dreams because you know you could be wrong. Ive felt like Im dreaming when really being awake before. So be careful.

The best thing to do in that case is to try a couple of different RC's. Try and push your finger through the palm of your hand. Try pinching your nose and see if you can still breathe through your nose. If still in doubt, float off the ground and fly off the edge rather than walking or jumping.

Thanks for the help ^_^
I will try to do more reality checks!

Just interact with other people. If you want to jump off the balcony, but aren't sure if it is a dream, just bring someone over to show them the view, then off-handedly say you feel an urge to jump and you don't know why, and if they have a weird reaction it is a dream. Or like drop something off and see what they do.

Get used to RCing during day before doing things, so it will become natural to do in a dream.
In a dream, you may err thinking that you are awake and not jump, but in waking life, you will not err and jump. Because there is clear difference, even if lucid is very detailed and life like. We alway know while awake that we are awake.
But yeah, RC! Just in case : P

In that case I am starting to RC more often! ^_^

Whenever I sense/think/see/etc. something weird I do an RC. Some people say do one every time you go through a doorway or something like that but I disagree, this never works for me and it becomes more of a chore so I lose motivation. Instead I just do one when I something that could signal a dream. Like if I see an object flying through the air, I do an RC, even if upon closer inspection it appears to be a plane. Although I don't have much experience, I feel like it is key to understand that dreams are reality too, and as I have been doing this in the last month or so my dreams have been getting steadily more vivid, memorable, and in some it seems like I may have been almost lucid.
