B6 helped I think
Had two lucids last night after taking B6 for the first time. I haven't had one for at least two months. I still get too excited and lose the dreamscene though...
The first one I was in my best friends house. I was drinking a soda and I set it down to look at something. When I wanted some more soda I couldn't find it so I asked where my soda was and my best friend's aunt tells me it's right there and points to where I left it earlier but the soda she pointed to hadn't even been opened. I think to myself wait a minute my soda was almost gone when I set it down that can't be my soda then I consider the fact I might be dreaming and sure enough my nose breathing test confirmed it. So I turn away from the soda and think about what I should do when suddenly I feel like I got hit by tiny balls of intense cold all over then my vison starts to get blurry so I try rubbing my hands together and it clears up a but but I still feel like I'm losing it so I try starring at my hands. It was pretty cool how real everything looks very vivid. The dream started to feel stable so I starting looking around but as soon as I turned my head to look around everything starting blacking out and I felt myself back in bed...
The second one I was in some house I didn't recognize but I was in a little kids room it had toys all over including this wierd looking game system that apperantly played game boy advance games this time I just suddenly became aware I was dreaming and tried to hover across the room but as soon as my feet left the ground everything turned blue then black and I felt myself in bed again...
I think B6 helped though usually I don't think very rationally in my dreams normally I don't think I would have noticed the soda being full I would have just accepted it was my soda because my friend's aunt said it was. Now I just need to work on remaining calm.

Hey, I'm glad to hear B6 helped with attaining lucidity. It's always been my experience that it doesn't help me get lucid, rather just improves recall
But I'm glad it worked for you. Good luck on remaining calm. Something that always helps me stay calm is before attempting anything, I try to remember the #1 thing on my 'lucid to do list.' Just that simple act of focusing my mind calms me down enough to stay lucid. Assuming I remember to do that. :P

What exactly is B6? I haven't heard of it. By the way, glad to hear your dreams were so vivid! I still haven't had a very vivid LD, at least not one I remembered... You'll probably have more and more dreams, more vivid and everything, now that you have the feel for it! :-) good luck! I guess like OpheliaBlue says you should just do whats first on your list or something ;-)

B6 is a vitamin that some people find helps with either dream recall or lucidity or both
