forever dreaming
I'll be honest, while I've Lucid dreamed all of my remembered life I'm not very great at the technical parts of lucid dreaming. I recently tried time control again, the first time i just froze people in a room, and got stuck in my dream. I think I was probably in my dream for what seemed like a week. I had a hell of allot of fun at first, just sorta running ammuck in my town but things got sorta boring after a few days. Twards the end of the week I was just sitting there concentrating trying to get out, or just manifest a door, It didnt work. I think my alarm clock actually brought me back to the waking plane but hell it was a little creapy being stuck in a dream. Any advice?

Advice? I would say stay in as long as possible. Have some fun. I don't have lucid dreams that last that long, but they are still long. What I do is wake, sleep, wake, sleep, wake, sleep, etc. Well, I have tons of them one after another just resuming what I did before. I would much rather just have it all in one shot. Try to learn in your lucid dreams till you have complete control. And one thing that should always work is killing yourself. (in your dream of course :)) Try smashing large rocks on your head. It worked for me. I was just testing to see if it would hurt. Guess we can control the amount of pain because I did not feel a thing before everything got dark.
Oh yeah, and welcome to the forum. There is no post timer so watch out for those double posts.

Okay, you just triple posted. Just letting you know because I don't think you realize you did. Times like these make me wish I had voted for myself.

killing myself dosent work for me i once jumpped off a building and bounced. My most recent attempt landed me in a twised version of somekind of heaven.

Well, I am sure there are pleny of things to do, hehe. If I had some sort of virtual reality that let me go wherever I wanted and only used 1 hour of real time for a week using it I would use it daily.
