Shouting to the Dream Awareness. Woke up shouting.

I had multiple lucid dreams last night, and in one of them I looked up to the sky and tried shouting "Dream awareness!" ... And the POV switched, like the sky was acknowledging my presence and ready to accept my question/demand. I shouted "Show me something awesome!" But the last two words I said audibly in waking life and in the dream and woke up. I think it could have been because I wasn't fully integrated into the dream, I'm a light sleeper, or the dream wanted to mess with me lol. Whats also possible is that it allowed me to have multiple LDs that night after I fell back asleep, and that was pretty awesome.

Is there anyway I can command the dream another way? I was thinking walkie talkies. Or maybe it was a stabilization thing?

Walkie talkies could work. You could also try using your phone to call it? ^^
Also, it sounds like you could use a little more stabilization. I shouldn't be the one to lecture you though, I'm horrible at it myself xP

Stabilization will most likely help. I think the reason why this happened is because you were thinking too much about your real body. Saying something like "dream awareness" can definitely bring up thoughts like that, so it wasn't really your fault. If you stabilize and stimulate your senses in the dream, you'll feel and think much more about the place the place you're in than your actual body. Because of this I'd advise using this method to increase vividness than shouting awareness or clarity. If clarity wasn't what you were looking for and more for dream control, try using the "expect" game and expect something awesome to appear around a corner or behind you to avoid thinking about your real body.

      Sweet dreams..

Not in college right now, but one night my roommate was talking in his sleep, and the next night, I shouted. Didn't wake me up, but it woke him up. We were even since his sleep talking woke me up. Not sure if it was a dream or not.

What, that's impossible if you were fully asleep. Your entire body is paralyzed except for your eyes during REM sleep. So you probably were already waking up as you shouted out to the dream. Like ParanoidLlama said, stabilization man. The more you distract your mind from waking up, the better.

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
