Lucid at the end of the dream -> SP?

tonight I experienced some kind of prelucid thing again. Before I realized I was dreaming I had an extremely long and vivid dream that felt like hours and was very detailed, best since weeks. At the very end of it the consistency was totally lost and I just saw random pictures and thought that I had gone to bed somewhere in the dream (it was not an FA).
I checked to see my hands and they were fading around so I knew I was dreaming. Like a big swoosh I got conscious but the dream image vanished immediately. I felt my body in bed and it was vibrating and it felt very hot. But as I awoke there was no SP, but I still felt these sensations as a kind of after image.

Do you think I realized I was dreaming at the very end of the dream, thus it faded and I could witness the progression from dream to wake? Or didn't I manage to keep up lucidity? Also has anybody else experienced this very intense feeling of the real body while dreaming or becoming conscious?
And is it normal that it also feels hot, not only vibrating. At first I didn't know what was going on but then I remembered about SP. It didn't feel terrifying but the hotness almost felt like boiling water.

Maybe next time I can control the SP and try a WILD? Was it even SP? It wasn't as scary as some people describe it, it's just a new experience. Now that I know it, I think next time I'll identify the state and can experiment with it...
