I've had my first MILD a few minutes ago!

Thanks to my dream notes taken within the last week, I've realized that I frequently dream with my deceased grandfather. I was taking an afternoon nap today and I was thrown into a situation that involved my grandfather's house, my family watching tv and... there it was my grandpa, too. For some reason I blamed my family and said: 'you're quite obsessed with grandpa! Always dreaming about him! Oh... Wait. This is a dream too! I made it happen! It's working!' I looked for my sister and called her by her name.

I was too excited and I lost control and then woke up, but I'm so happy. I've been using my journal for 5 days, only. Just wanted to share this joy and thank you for the contents of this forum. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Just to be clear, though: what you really had was a DILD, and used MILD as the technique to induce the DILD.
