A talk about past lives

On a street, talking to a man:
Me- Who was the first person that my soul occupied?
Man- I cannot tell you who that was but I can tell you that you had a cave in which you felt it was your battlefield, you felt at home.
Me- In which country was it?
Man- I cannot tell you that. You'll have to understand. But I can tell you that it was a country with much wealth.
Me- And you can tell me when it was? Like, if it was before Christ or after Christ?
Man- I cannot tell you that also.

(When talking to him, some images of the movie Prince of Persia came to mind. Maybe i was a warrior from that country.

I had a similar lucid dream experience - the person I was trying to get information from about my past life said something along the same thing ! He just shook his head and said he wasn't allowed to say. What did the man from your dream look like? Mine looked like Gandalf haha. Long white beard, really old.

Mine was a normal guy, not too thin and not too fat, around 40-50 years old, no facial hair, short dark hair.
